1915 - 1945

Construction of the Digep factory began in 1915 the forge, the heat treatment and the mechanical processing department were installed. The factory operated as a gun manufacturer.

1945 - 1970

The factory was restructured for canon production and after the war was merged with the main manufacturing facilities. New equipment was brought in and the factory started rapidly growing.

1989 - 2012

In 1989 the factory was first reorganised and its assets liquidated, resulting in the formation of fifty-nine privately owned enterprises.

2022 - 2024

RZT Kovácsoló és Kereskedelmi Kft has purchased two production halls from DIGEP and from this moment the renovations have began. In 2022 machinery was imported and purchased and installation works took place. In 2024 first production lines were started and the company received ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates.
